Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully confirmed.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

International Orders

North America (USA & Canada): 5–12 working days
Australia & Oceania: 7–15 working days
Rest of the World: 7–25 working days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination.
United Kingdom
Orders over £20 → FREE Royal Mail Untracked shipping
Orders over £50 → FREE Royal Mail Tracked shipping
Orders under £20 → £1.99 Royal Mail Untracked
Optional upgrade to Tracked shipping (for orders under £50) → £2.99
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on location and shipping method selected.
Any applicable shipping promotions will be displayed automatically at checkout.
Tracking your order
If you select or qualify for a tracked shipping service, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
You can use this tracking number on the Royal Mail website or relevant courier tracking page to monitor delivery progress.
Untracked shipping options do not include live tracking updates.
Delivery address responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout.
Unik Jewels is not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
Failed deliveries due to address errors
Parcels delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, customers may be required to pay additional shipping costs for reshipment.
Delayed or lost packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.
We will work with Royal Mail or the relevant courier to investigate and resolve delivery issues where possible.

Investigations for lost parcels can take several working days
Replacement or refund decisions will be made after courier confirmation

Delivery confirmation
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided, Unik Jewels is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
